I am making the build simpler, by putting the admin task (tagging new release, getting list of changes) in its own build files.

I rewrote the simple task (clean, build, etc), put all the properties in build.properties (easier to edit) and built.properties doesn't need anymore to be set or edited for these simple task to work. So anybody with ant, java and subversion can build the dev. version of vanilla.

I still have tow write the admin tasks.
