Following some discussion with Wallphone on the community site, we both agreed that it would probably be useful to hide the cookie domain/path settings on the installer screens. Vanilla currently fills these in automatically with values which are almost certainly correct, and generally if users change them it only causes trouble.

Therefore we think that the settings fields should be hidden with an ajaxy link/notification so 'advanced' users can change the settings if necessary but beginner users wont get confused by them.
