    I'm a software-developer, and I got source code all over the place... I want to have a system where I can manage my source code, bugs and documentation. I know the existance of Trac, but it uses Python which my hosting provider doesn't support. Anyone knows some similar (free) software?

    If you want something to track and manage diffs / patches along with your source and all that wonderful stuff, I suggest checking out SeaGull CVS else maybe the SeaGull CMS FrameWork (two different projects).

    I do believe nathan is in the process of setting one up with mark for vanilla too, based on drupal. How much use that could be to you i'm not sure.
