    You should change your application to say that it does grant immediate access in languages/English.php

    I think all he was saying was that since (i assume) your forum grants people immediate membership when they sign up, you should say so on the guest page of the forum. You'll notice if you view it while logged out and go to apply for membership it says
    "About membership

    This membership application form does not grant immediate access to the site. All membership applications are reviewed by an administrator before acceptance. You are not guaranteed access to the application by filling out this form."

    Which c-unit is suggesting you change to inform people they will be given immediate access.
    These changes can be made in languages/English.php if you search for that text. Just change it to what you want then re-upload it. Bingo :)
