Vanilla: Precondition Failed

    When installing, after navigating to the Vanilla directory, I get the permisions check page (Vanilla Installation Wizard (Step 1 of 3)), then when clicking next, this:

    412 Precondition Failed
    The precondition on the request for the URL /vanilla/setup/installer.php evaluated to false.

    The Google refs I seemed to find that were relevant was someone complaining that they were getting this error with TextDrive hosted sites. Indeed, mine is TextDrive hosted as well. Anyone come across this problem?
