    What would have caused this? No changes were made to the styles, application settings, etc.. It just started suddenly. Any suggestions?

    On further investigation, the styles are only disabled when a user logs in. Once you sign out, the styles are back to normal.

    erm, I see no problems from this end. Unless you managed to fix it.

    Go in and apply the default style to all users.
