    If we want to move a section outside the vanilla theme and into our own theme what file would we have to modify index ?

    example,

    i want to move the panel which is on the left side over to the right but only outside the vanilla theme,

    float: right won't due becuase it keeps it inside the vanila theme i need it outside of it

    is this possible ? I think i would need to place the panel tags in with my css tags
