    I get all these errors when I try to access installer.php

    hmm, well that kinda looks like the entire library folder is missing, have you definitely set the correct permissions?

    Not to mention that the files were even uploaded in the first place... we have seen a lot of FTP clients choke part way through. (happened to me personally)

    hmm... I wonder if its possible to have the install script unpack an .zip or whatever into all the right places...

    Actually there were two issues, the chocking and not uploading the whole thing and the binary upload instead of ascii. :|
