You can't download from any central site yet, no. I'm sure if you ask the authors, they'll happily pass along their styles.
I've been busy working on upgrades and the documentation today. Hopefully I'll have a wiki up tomorrow where I might possibly get some help with tasks like this one (linking up custom styles for download).
