I've been searching and not finding anything... there are so many clicks to change a user's role, it seems to me that a mass role editor would be ideal. I run forums for my World of Warcraft guild on Vanilla, and am running into the frequent problem that I need to change a role for several people at once. Is there an existing addon that would work for this purpose?
