I have an idea for an addon. It simply redirects a user everytime they login into a particular discussion if they havnt participated in it.
This discussion can be set by the admin. It could be a page with rules on it or an introduction thread. Until the user doesnt participate in the discussion they will get redirected to it everytime they login.
I'd personally use it for a introduction thread. I end up with many registered members who make no post whatsoever and just wonder around. This would be a little push in getting them to introduce themselves.
good idea. or maybe something like a sticky thread that doesn't go away until the user has posted in it. (as opposed to forcing the user into the thread directly)
