Hello everyone,

I was just thinking that it would be cool to have gmail like ajax functions in vanilla.

The first of my requests is the ajax 'username' check on the registration page.

The second request is perhaps something like the yellow box which pops up saying this conversation has been updated.

I think this may be quite useful for busy forums.
