Random: 403 forbidden when clicking login PLZ help!

    Hi. I have everything up and running except that when someone clicks login (upper right corner) it gives me a forbidden 403 error. If I go directly to the people.php (www.name/hp_vanilla/people.php) I can log in without any problems BUT users cannot just log in. Any help you can provide will be great. Thank you so much!
