Pink for October is a campaign that started in August of 2006 with a small group of web designers who wanted to design their web sites with a pink theme in order to bring awareness to the Breast Cancer.

That small group quickly grew into more than 1500 people, including many non-designers. This year they’re hoping to see many more people joining in. If you have a website and you have creative control over it, consider “going pink” and posting a note about the Pink for October campaign. Help bring attention to a worthwhile cause and spread the word about Breast Cancer Awareness month. It’s never been easier.
