I just uploaded vanilla 1.1.4 to a subdomain of my website. When I try to install vanilla I only get a Internal Server Error.
What can be wrong?

Server specs:
Apache: 2.2.6 (Unix)
PHP: 5.2.5
MySQL: 5.0.27-standard
