If the wiki does not provide any answers for you, search the forum for an answer. You can of course also try google.
When applying for membership, please be aware that I take the "why do you want to join" input very seriously. If you put garbage in there, you'll get an immediate decline - which means that you don't get access, your application is removed from the database, and you are *not* notified of this action.
