    Hi, although I made a search and went through the extensions before posting this thread, I couldn't find anything satisfactory.

    I would like to know if there is a "Latest Comments" "Last 10 Posts" kind of extension that could come up at the top of discussions page. I tried the Latest Discussions Prime but it displays in the sidebar.

    And I don't want the latest discussions, but a list of latest comments. Any advices?

    You could grab the feed generated by an empty comment search (like this) then show it using the Feed Reader extension. However, if you want to display not only the title but also the content of latest comments, I fear there's no extension for this at the moment.
