Random: upgrading setup

    Hi,
    In the documentation we are said to replace the "/setup/index.php" (upgrading 1.1.3 to 1.1.4), but in my case there's no "index.php", just a "index.html".
    Do I have to delete the "index.html" and replace it by the ".php" new index.
