    Whenever I attempt to edit my "Personal Information" on the Account page, I get the error "The username you entered is already taken by another user." - This applies to all ranks of users. I made a test user and tried the same thing and I am receiving the same error.

    If I turn on "Users can change username" then everything works fine.

    Perhaps that error message should be changed to something more appropriate.
