    Is there some way to restrict permission for posting discussions in a specific Category ?

    I want to allow everyone read access, and for RSS feeds of category to work, but I want to restrict who can post to the Category.

    I'm not sure how to do this.

    Thanks for any help.

    Have you checked out 'Category Roles' extension?
