    I noticed that the case of the username is retained when you post to a discussion, etc.

    It would be nice to allow users to change the case of their usernames (given they can't otherwise change their usernames [system setting])

    also, someone mentioned disabling spaces in a username. (http://lussumo.com/community/discussion/8033/whats-the-easiest-way-to-prevent-spaces-in-the-user-name-field/) You could implement that, and then allow the user to edit where the spaces are in their usernames. (login w/ no spaces, but spaces are displayed in posts, etc. and are editable by users, even if they can't otherwise edit their usernames)
