    I though we could already do this in Registration Settings?

    New member role: Applicant
    Membership approval role: Member

    True, but this extension lets you do it at approval time.

    Say you had a 'Member' role for people that you recognize and a 'Newbie' roll for people you've never heard of. This extension makes it easier to shuffle new applicants into the right role quickly.

    Or something. I don't know. I didn't ask for it, I just coded it.
