ok, can we have an an extension that allows us to allow whisper discussions only in certain categories? for example, if you have a 'whisper category' and members can only whisper in that category. But in other categories, members could not start a discussion with a whisper, but they could still whisper a comment in the middle of the topic?
Users can whisper in any discussion, but not an entire discussion, and they are forced to whisper in a designated category.
Just like this addon for one category, and no discussion whispers in all the others. (again, you may whisper in line with the discussion, but not the initializing comment)

i like your little addition. sound pretty interesting. who ever designs it, should make it optional ( meaning the admin can have both sections of this addon installed or part of it) does that sound confusing as well? sorry ideas are hard to get through.
