Add-ons: Panel Hider and moving the "Start a new discussion" option

    Is there a way to move the "Start a new discussion" option to the other side when a user opts to hide the panel? But only on the Discussions display.

    It gets tedious to have to open the panel to start a new topics.

    I'm sure you can alter the panelhider's css to make it do what you want.
